Use of this website

Content on this site is provided for general information about our painting and carpentry services. Descriptions, timelines and pricing examples are not offers; a binding scope and price is set out in a written quote. You agree not to misuse the site or submit false information through our forms.

Quotes and work

Quotes are based on the conditions visible at the time of the walkthrough. If hidden damage or additional scope is found, we will discuss it with you and provide written pricing before proceeding. Scheduling of exterior work depends on weather and surface moisture conditions.

SMS program terms

Program description. 16070256 Canada Inc. (DBA Millennium Home Solutions) sends non-marketing customer-care text messages about appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications to users who opt in.

Consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The consent checkbox on our opt-in form is optional and unchecked by default, and your request will still be submitted if you leave it unchecked.

Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 778-886-4686. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates and frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Millennium Home Solutions is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits any warranty that applies to completed work under a signed quote.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
