Use of this website

Content on this site is provided for general information about our painting and carpentry services. Descriptions, timelines and pricing examples are not offers; a binding scope and price is set out in a written quote. You agree not to misuse the site or submit false information through our forms.

Quotes and work

Quotes are based on the conditions visible at the time of the walkthrough. If hidden damage or additional scope is found, we will discuss it with you and provide written pricing before proceeding. Scheduling of exterior work depends on weather and surface moisture conditions.

SMS program terms

Program description. If you opt in, Millennium Home Solutions may send you non-marketing text messages about appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling, service-related updates, and responses to your inquiries. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send special offers, discounts, and product/service updates.

Consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Both consent checkboxes on our opt-in form are optional and unchecked by default, and your request will still be submitted if you leave them unchecked.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.
